Volunteer Opportunities
In order to make the New Mexico Battle of the Books successful, it takes a group of dedicated volunteers. Opportunities to volunteer just the day of the Statewide Battle or throughout the year are available, whether you choose to help plan the event or assist in running it. Please consider being a part of this group.
Interested in hosting the event for 2008-2009 school year? Please let Nancy Syner know.We need approximately 40 classrooms, ample parking, and either a gymnasium or performing arts center for the award ceremony.

Join the steering committee. This group plans and oversees the Battle of the Books. We meet approximately 6 times a year, usually Saturday mornings to prepare for the state battle. Contact: Nancy Syner -at nsyner@mh.lcps.k12.nm.us
